Ready to savor the taste of success? It's yours for the making with Master Vintner Shiraz Recipe Kit.

Packed with the freshest winemaking ingredients, this foolproof recipe kit crafts six gallons of earthy, rich, velvety red wine with flavors of black fruits, hints of bittersweet chocolate, plums, black cherries and blackberries that linger on to a long finish.

Ripe, full and concentrated, this wine bursts with aromas of blackberry, notes of black cherry and blueberry and an assured spiciness.

Serve with rich, flavorful dishes like osso buco, roast lamb and traditional Hungarian goulash. For a purely American treat, pair it with Carolina pulled pork or Texas brisket. And more adventurous palates will love it with red wine braised octopus. But, don't forget, Shiraz isn't just a meat-eating wine: Try it with Puy lentils braised with mushrooms and root vegetables for a savory, satisfying meal.

Serve slightly cool (65 ºF) to keep the tannins firm and the fruit lush--and even if you're not doing a food pairing, try it with a piece of bittersweet chocolate. You'll be amazed at how well they go together!

Master Vintner Shiraz Wine Kit - Awesome!

Awesome Shiraz Wine Kit; Worth aging to share and enjoy with fine foods and desserts. Yielded a dark full bodied wine with a pleasant floral aroma. The included oak chips and grape skins provided a refined quality of flavors and seemed to aid the fermentation process. May also try using Wyeast 4946 for high sugar juices (Pinot Noir, Syrah Zinfandel) which ferments up to 18% with a temperature range of 60-85° No unexpected problems and easy to use kit also included sanitizer and clarifier (did not need this). Overall, highly recommend this kit for both beginners and experts alike, you will not be disappointed. So, Drink and Enjoy!

Great result, but it took a long time to clear. I hadn't used Kieselsol and Chiosan before and won't again. 16 days after adding them the wine was still very cloudy so I added Sparkolloid and 4 days later it was clear.
