Best Organic Extract product available
This is the best organic extract out there. 3 pounds gives me right around 1.048 for 3 gallons of wort. This is my go to base for all of my beers.

gotta love organic DME
I'm not going to claim that my beer turns out better because I use organic DME over conventional, but I sure feel better about it. Even if you aren't concerned about ingesting non-organic substances, I would recommend buying this product simply to support companies trying to do the right thing by the planet -- barley grown without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, etc. is better for everybody. It's fairly comparable in cost, so it is worth it in my opinion.

Excellent product
I've been an extract/specialty grain brewer for more than 20 years. I used to use extract light DME. I switched to Briess organic light because it was organic. I haven't noticed any difference in any of the 20 or so styles that I brew (all ales).

very consistent
I use this DME for most of all my beers. 6lbs gives me 1.051 five gallon wort every time. I adjust color and flavor by steeping different blends of organic crystal malts.

BEST ANSWER: All of the product pages should have that information listed. SRM would be a "#"L and then the SG would be 1.0## PPG
