what temp to bottle condition? thinking two weeks at 65 too warm?

BEST ANSWER: I don't think that'd be a problem. A little cooler is probably better but I've been cold crashing a lot of my batches and I keg. So I'll maybe have a batch sit a little longer in the carboy but pretty fast carbonating in a "beer fridge " set in the low 40s. Can't say I had problems when I bottled and didn't have better temperature control but I do get good clean results now. I think you'll be fine
