I feel like the miniaturization of these kinds of bottles has made them too difficult to use compared to larger ones I've had in the past, even though they're very beautiful. Another thing is, I totally would have paid a few extra bucks for pre-assembled bottles. I'm disabled, and it takes me longer to put together stuff like this. I won't count it against the rating, but wouldn't it be cool if future buyers had that option? Just saying. Overall, they'll work for serving, but only without the gaskets. No one has been able to fully close one yet with the gaskets attached.
