Azacca Single-Hop Pale Ale All Grain Beer Recipe Kit
Azacca honors ritual with the straw body of a simple pale ale grist cursed by intense mango, citrus and pine. Mixing up the medicine with one of the most sought-after new hop varieties, Azacca pins firm bittering into mild caramel sweetness. A feast of distinct flavors from complex grapefruit and lemon to old-growth evergreen forest are just a trick as Azacca is a particularly pleasant, sessionable pint.
It took a few sacrifices to get our hands on enough Azacca® for the release of this kit. Work done by brewmasters and witch doctors alike, a few incantations and a dash of Cajun conjuring are all that are keeping the harvest coming. Don't count on our hocus pocus to hold up forever; Azacca® has been known to feast and flee faster than a cloud of locusts over the rolling fields.

If you like IPA'S this one should be on your brew list all who tried it loved it and asked for more.
I was looking for something different to brew starting out this summer, so I ordered this kit. Boy was I glad I did. I did this as a 5-gal BIAB and it turned out great. As others have said, it's gong to be a great Summer/Session beer. Has neither an over the top hop characteristic or high alcohol content. Just right for the Dog Days. I will agree with another reviewer however, the hop pellets are very fine when they dissolve and tend to slip past any straining methods during racking. Over all a great product.
Have done both extract and all grain of this kit and both turned out great. Everyone that has tried it loves it. Doesn't last long in my house. Gets drank too quick haha
I brewed this using the acumash kit and S-05 because my liquid yeast ended up being questionable and it turned out awesome! Great tropical fruit mango and pineapple notes with a clean finish. This is one of the best beers that I have brewed to date! Looking forward to brewing the Heady clone next!
I like to go to the lighter alcohol beers in the summer and this was a great one to try. It's really easy to make and the hops are very unique. I love the aroma and flavor. It definitely has a citrus character and almost tropical at first, but by the time it ages a few more weeks in the keg it really blends nicely. Family and friends drink this one fast.
