Pale Ale Malt - Briess

I am new to the hobby and really appreciate the websites ease of use and all the access to information. A lot of my early success can be attributed to the quality ingredients I received from Northern Brewer. Delivery was fast.

I received everything I ordered in good condition. The order was made through Amazon and it came to me in Hawaii without a shipping charge. My previous orders were directly with Northern Brewer and I had to pay a UPS charge of more than $100. I can't understand how you can sell through Amazon for less than direct order. I would go back to ordering from you folks if you got it to me without a shipping charge.

I used it for a hoppy Irish Red. Came out great!

Made an amber ale and a cream ale with it. I used to use briess 2 row as my generic base malt but decided to try this. I personally didn't detect much of a difference taste wise but i'm not exactly a professional beer judge. since it's cheaper than the two row I'll probably stick to this as my all-rounder base malt
