It made beer
Worked great to make a yeast starter. The starter gave me the best fermentation results yet. If you have not tried a yeast starter give it a try you will be happy with the results.
Use it for bottle conditioning primer and yeast wort on the stir plate. Unfoolable and true to the all grain philosophy. I tried corn sugar but why? DME is it.
I use this to bump up the ABV in my pale ales. The color is very pale, and just a single pound adds significantly to my original gravity.
