Notes from Brad, Northern Brewer Development Brewer:
As evidenced by a wildly popular beer produced in the Pacific Northwest, the combination of Citra and Mosaic hops is an instant classic. Late hops additions provide an extraordinary sipping experience full of luscious fruit flavors and aromas. To keep this beer from being a one-trick pony, a fairly modest addition of toasty Munich malt and American caramel malt round out the flavor profile and provides a background for the Citra and Mosaic to shine.
Great tasting beer.
Just the right amount of citrus taste.
I've brewed this the 7th time now......it's always a winner! And this is the only extract beer I brew!
Well first ipa I love ever made. Lots of hops. I couldn’t believe how good the trube
Smelled when I went to second fermenter. It’s fruity beer with a pretty bitter end on it. I also made the karma sessions. Similar but much easier to drink.
Easy to brew. Relatively quick to ferment. Lighter than my usual DIPAs, but good for days that you don't want the high alcohol content. Will brew often.
Excellent IPA with solid citrus aroma
