This fully portable electric brew kettle uses a standard 120 GFCI volt outlet, enabling you to brew anywhere, anytime. A fully integrated digital control ensures that steeping grains are always kept at the perfect temperature. Then simply adjust the set temperature to achieve a boil.

Gigawort 4.4 gallon capacity is ideal for both small batches and also partial-volume boils for 5 gallon batches. Full stainless steel construction is easy to clean and ensure durability.

Brew Kettle / Sparge Water Heater / Utility Tool

I bought this vessel to serve as a sparge water heater and maybe as a secondary mash vessel. Worked great as a sparge water heater. Haven't tried it for mash yet.

Followup review

I ran another batch yesterday and had no problems. There is a discrepancy between the measured temp…however the unit does a good boil if it gets continuous heat.the instructions say set to 218! Anyway, my second batch was very good and I’m bumping it up a star..would still like better instructions and more accoutrements, but it is a good product and a reasonable cost.,

Second brew had an E4 error with 15 minutes left in the boil , had to reset the circuit breaker on the bottom of the kettle due to some extract had collected on the bottom, could maybe have put the reset switch in a more convenient location, was sketchy trying to tip the kettle without spilling and resetting , other than that one issue it works great

Gigawort

Pro: Quicker to boil than my stove top, easy clean up. Con: +/- 5*F swing in temperature so not very accurate control for mashing. Needs a rack to keep bag off the bottom to prevent scorching.
