I like a base extract that will give me a good malt forward beer. The briess Munich is my favorite
Have not brewed with it yet.
Its almost done fermenting. Will bottle it in a few days. Will do a taste test in 2 weeks after that, will tell you.
Thoroughly enjoyed brewing the Maillard Malts Munich Extract Syrup for my Elktoberfest/Oktoberfest this year. I've used it on several occasions in the past with great success.
Great quality product however you must keep it refrigerated for storage otherwise it will sour.
