I use it to make gluten free beer and have done so for about 10 years. They taste great. Sorghum is also a better environmental choice than barley since it is more tolerant of hot dry growing seasons. Expect to see more sorghum based beers jn the future.
It’s definitely exactly what I needed. My only issue with it is the sizing. A lot of my recipes call for 6.6 pounds of sorghum, so it’s a little weird trying to buy the amount you need.
I would recommend it...not sure how to get more flavor into the brew....I toasted some buckwheat...and tried to get that grain flavor into the brew...
Any suggestions re getting more flavor into the brew, without gluten...would be appreciated.

My wife is gluten free so I make her sorghum ale and she loves it.
