Mustache Envy Belgian Stout Limited Edition All Grain Beer Recipe Kit
Mustache Envy is back for Movember! Do you have Mustache Envy? You should, because this devilishly delicious belgian stout is making a limited reappearance in support of the global men health initiative www.Movember.com, which raises funds and awareness to tackle prostate and testicular cancer as well as mental health issues facing men. For every Mustache Envy kit purchased, Northern Brewer will donate $5 to the Mash-Stache Smashers Movember team. Help fight cancer by brewing beer and growing mustaches.
You don't have to use your little grey cells to know that this is a stout like no other. Taking equal cues from stouts of turn-of-the-century England and the freewheeling tendencies of Francophone Belgian brewers, the end result is devotional to many influences, but beholden to none in particular. Clue 1: Lagered on French oak just long enough to drop bright. Clue 2: Fat-bottomed malt for days, with booze to match. Clue 3: Dark, earthy, spicy English hops straining to breathe free. Ah, but it is the psychology that triomphes over so many, qust-ce que cst, red fishes. Indulge your inner Belgian detective; delve into the secrets that only true Mustache Envy can bring.
Recommended: 2-stage fermentation and yeast starter.

I brewed this a year ago, I liked it very much, so I ordered 2 kits this year. The Belgian yeast adds a lot of flavor to this brew
I have been brewing NB kits for about 15 years. This is the best I have every made. Mustache Envy is listed as a limited edition, but that is foolishness. I will make this kit about every three months for as long as I can still lift 6 gallons of mash. I hope that will be many years in the future because I hope to drink it for decades. Anyone who tries it must have the same reaction.
