Top cropping yeast that produces malty beers. Great for English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, stout and brown ale. Distinct fruity esters create great complexity and unique flavor characteristics. Flocculation is high, and the beer will clear well without filtration. A thorough diacetyl rest is recommended after fermentation is complete. This strain can be a slow starter and fermenter.
|Yeast Disclaimer||We strongly recommend ordering dry yeast in the summer months. We do include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeasts. It is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will survive the trip given transit times and particularly hot temperatures.|
