It’s decent.

It’s definitely on the milder side for a Gewürztraminer. Not overly spiced at all. Very subtle and mild. It must condition for at least 4 months before it’s actually any good. I give it 6 months in the carboy before bottling. Serve chilled. This is a very simple kit to make. I filter with the number 3 pads on single pass. This wine clears nice and easy.

Strong result so far

2 week fermentation, 2 week clarification, OG 1.072, FG 0.998 so a bit low on alcohol in the end (~10%). Fermented with least oxygen exposure possible. At bottling is very clear, very light color, has a strong minerality with a good deal of late acidity. Bit low on the floral characteristics you'd expect with a Gewurz, but when served rather cold is a strong wine. Needs another 2 months in bottle before it shines I'm guessing, but completely drinkable right away.
