A rich red wine from RJS Craft Winemaking, hearty in nature and smooth in flavor. The soft texture and dark color complement the flavors of berry fruit, with a subtle raspberry undertone.
Really happy with how this kit came out. Easy to use and made a very tasty wine right off. Can't wait to see how it tastes in 6 months or more.
I think about Brewer commented that the bag of juice was leaking when they got it...mine was too. Thankfully I had an empty carboy handy and hadn't lost enough to ruin the batch. I've gotten a lot of kits, and this is the first one that's was leaking. I now have a clean 5 gallon bucket in my brew room (just a closet- not a whole room, just saying) with a lid in case this happens again. Anyway, really nice wine, especially for the price!

Money well spent on tasty wine!
This is one of the smoothest Pinot Noirs I’ve ever had. I would put it up against some of the wines sold in the stores. Didn’t the max amount of bottles but that’s more on my end. This purchase was worth it!

Pinot Noir kit
I purchased this Pinot Noir kit in February. It was finished in mid March then bottled. I just opened a bottle after it sat for a month, and I was very surprised at the taste and quality of the finished product. I will certainly be purchasing this kit again in the near future...very highly recommended!
