Every year I make a batch of wine to give as Christmas presents. Many of my gift recipients prefer lighter wines, so while i prefer reds, I chose to lighten things up with this Zin. It’s nice and dry and high alcohol content. Really tasty. I filtered it, but it cleared nicely even before I filtered it. Tasty.
