10 Gal.Tall Boy® Brew Kettle
A Brew Kettle of Epic Proportions!
The 10-gallon Tall Boy® kettle is a boil kettle that will last you a lifetime. This kettle will grow with you and can easily integrate into the future All-Grain system of your dreams.
Ideal for: 5 or 6 gallon batches, but with plenty of space for Brew-In-A-Bag methods as well.
This is no repurposed stock pot. The Tall Boy® is made specifically for homebrewers. Brew scientists have determined that the ideal height to diameter ratio for a brew kettle should be 1.2:1 in order to optimize boil performance. The Tall Boy reduces evaporative losses, and less evaporative cooling means a more vigorous boil. A vigorous boil means more volatilization of off flavors, and better hop utilization. All of that means better beer. Add to that it 4mm thick tri-clad bottom, designed to stop bullets and prevent scorching, and youe got a serious brewer tool. The Tall Boy logo is laser etched into the surface as a subtle indication to the world that you take brewing seriously.

Perfect size for a 5 gallon all grain brew. Easy clean up
Have done two brews with it and like it much better than my 38qt aluminum pot. Cleans up much easier than aluminum too. Only reason I give it a 4/5 is the handles seems to be fastened a little flimsily. Tiny spots welds and medium size rivets, but seemed fine with 6 gallons in the pot.
Sturdy, easy to clean, economical. Only complaint I have is that there aren't any volume markers on the side like I'm used to with other kettles. But for the price, can't beat it. I use it for 5 gallon all grain batches and it's perfect.
great company, great support, products came in on time, and correct. cheers
I’m really happy with this purchase. Great price for one. For another, the construction is wonderful. Thick solid bottom, nice side walls. Handles are great. I can’t really complain. I’m doing 5 gallon batches with a ton of space left over
