WLP810 San Francisco Lager - White Labs Yeast
This yeast is used to produce the "California Common" style beer. A unique lager strain which has the ability to ferment up to 65 degrees while retaining lager characteristics. Can also be fermented down to 50 degrees for production of m¤rzens, pilsners and other style lagers. Apparent attenuation: 65-70%. Flocculation: high. Optimum temp: 58°-65° F
*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs will all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
