XJA/436 hops are a South African hop variety that is brand new and available exclusively to Homebrewers from Northern Brewer! This brand new, experimental hop variety has not yet been released to the public by our South African hop farmers. An excellent choice as a bittering addition for hoppy styles like IPAs or Pale Ales. Also try it in fruit beers for a moderate berry flavor.
Typical Alpha Acids 12.9-15.4% Bittering hops. Potent bittering qualities. Adds some berry notes. Great for IPAs, wheat, and fruit beers.
