This smoothly robust blend highlights the apricot, yellow peach, pear and honeysuckle notes of Viognier, underscoring them with the acidity and minerality and crisp apple, lime and stone fruit from Riesling, wrapping it all with the pineapple, mango and papaya aromas of Chardonnay. Fresh and balanced yet lush, it complemented by hints of vanilla and a lingering finish of stone fruits.

Rich enough to verge on red wine pairings, this wine works well with heavy cream and mushroom sauces, rich seafood such as lobster or crab, or soft ripened cheeses like Brie.

Mildly disappointed at the time it took and the "fuel surcharge"

I placed an order for three items: a wine kit, a new cane siphon, and a bit of hose. The kit arrived about five days ago and so I obviously cannot review the quality of the product. I have made this wine before, however, I was quite pleased. The rest of the order finally arrived yesterday with no explanation of the delay (close to two weeks). I note that both shipments included a "fuel surcharge" added to the bill. I am not sure how that computes since UPS presumably comes and picks up NB's shipment. I does, however, undercut tha claim that shipping is free after a puchase of $50(?) dollars.

Good blend

Just Bottling 28 bottles, this is a very good blend.
I highly recommend this wine to everyone. I stop the fermentation exactly at SG 1.00, and it gave a light sweet of Riesling

Excellent Blend

This wine has so much fruit flavor one could mistakenly think it’s off dry. It’s not.
At bottling taste terrific. Can’t wait to see how it ages. Easy directions straight forward kit.

I added medium french oak cubes at SG of1.03 to end of fermentation or about 10 days. This improved the overall wine character
