Excellent grains for my brew session with my son

I let my son pick a beer to brew to get him familiar with my HERMS setup. He wanted a Pliny clone. These grains worked well for the brew session, and we were very pleased with the finished product. The brew is amazing, but I need to remind him to bring me an occasional growler. I think he wants to keep it for himself. It is a mighty tasty brew!
