Excellent no matter the level
A friend of mine got me this book along with a starter kit to begin brewing and I have had no questions, save for the very advanced, that were not answered by this book. Fantastic read with excellent detail on the history of mead and it's researchers in recent history. I've read it several times and learn more with each one!

BEST ANSWER: Hi, Sorry I bought it as a gift, so I don't know.
Does this book include "natural" mead making without using chemical ingredients/cleansers etc.?

BEST ANSWER: The author should have included organic in the title since he talks about using natural ingredients. The only chemicals he talks about is the cleaners used to sanitize your equipment although he does talk about using bleach as a substitute.
