Excellent English Hop

I ordered 3 8 oz bags of Northdown. Each bag was foil lined and labeled. I'm not sure if they are purged of oxygen and or are filled with nitrogen. Fresh flavor and aroma from the bag. I've now used this hop on 3 different recipes with excellent flavor and aroma so the quality is very high. Northdown is one of my favorite hops - I've purchased a number of products from Northern Brewer, I'm in Southern California and the quality has always been excellent.

Great results

Well balanced hop. The pleasant flavors and aromas are easily identified in beer but don't over power the grain and yeast. Great for lighter ales and beers with darker roasted grain.
