Outstanding Quality Base Grain
Brewed a couple of ESB's with this that have been extremely well received. When I went back to Crisp Maris Otter I definitely noticed the difference. Rich, malty, complex. Adds that little bit more quality to your beer.

I'm mashing my second beer with this right now and man does it smell good. I have not tasted the beer yet, but the wort tasted awesome. I will be buying this again.

Hi! Is this modified enough to do an infusion mash, or do I need to do a protein rest/step mash? Thanks!

BEST ANSWER: It is fully modified so you can do a straight infusion mash with good results.
