Raspberry Orange Wheat ale/hefe hybrid

I did a 60/40 barley and wheat mix. A hybrid hefe/ale yeast. 20 oz of squeezed raspberry oranges juice during secondary firmentation and raw honey for priming & bottling. Very complex & delicious!

Premature, but used every brew

I haven't used this particular batch of Malt to brew with just yet, as I still need propane (being a dinosaur who doesn't have an electric setup), but I have sought to include even *some* carafoam in every batch of beer I've brewed that calls for any body thickness. I think mash temperatures matter as much (as Brulosophy has shown, anecdotally), but I like the added insurance it gives me, in addition to my mash temperature.
