How long to steep the carafoam?

BEST ANSWER: Kevin, gauging from your question, you are doing a partial mash?
As an all grain brewer, I put this malt into my grain bill and mash it all
with the other grains I have included in my recipe. Usually they mash
at 151 degrees for an hour.
