Excellent hop for a variety of styles
This is such a great, versatile, economical hop! I've used it in English and American pale ales, dry hopped a Cascadian dark with it, and I'm currently drinking a SMaSH lager using it and US 2-row @ 20 IBU. It is such an awesome, easy drinking lawnmower beer. Fruit and spice flavors stand out most to me. I'd recommend this hop for so many different purposes; I love it!

Good product
Very, very bitter, but I like the taste of these. I actually was not using them for brewing, but herbal preparations. I seem to have an allergy to these and I might need to use organic, but they otherwise are very enjoyable and still usable.

Willamette hops is this a substitute for Summit hops? I am looking to brew an Imperial Stout with them.

BEST ANSWER: Willamette is generally considered closer to Fuggle. The AHA website is a good resource for hop substitutions. Suggestions from AHA for Summit are below.
