Wine Making Conical Fermenters
Conical fermenters for wine making are an easier way to craft your wine because they have a cone-shaped bottom with a valve at the point of the cone, instead of the flat bottom of a bucket or carboy. Solids collect in the cone and the valve makes for simple, sanitary removal of trub and yeast for disposal or repitching. This allows the brewer to conduct primary and secondary fermentation in one vessel.
