Did the job, almost...
Second time using a White Labs product over a Wyeast product and second time I've been slightly disappointed. This yeast (with a 2L starter) took almost 16 days to ferment from 1.046 SG to 1.011 where it stopped cold, did not produce much of a Krausen. Plenty of oxygen at the onset, steady temperature of 67F... maybe the yeast got too cold during transport? Either way I (almost) never have issues with Wyeast smack packs.

Use for... a lot of beer
After two years I have decided this yeast needs promotion. I have used this strain since I have started brewing and even have and am still using the original recycled one. It may be sluggish at times but it is well worth great flavor. It has supplied my quence for citrusy beers and will use it.... forever..

Belgian Whit Ale
So I went against Northern's advice and ordered wet yeast in the middle of August. It took 5 days to arrived, which wasn't too bad. When I felt the box it was HOT. I hurried and opened up the box and package with the ice pack, which was hot as well, and pulled the yeast out and quickly threw it in the fridge while I whipped up a starter. Soon as it cool, I pinched both vials to the 2 quart starter and said my prayers through out the night that yeast wasn't dead. In the morning it was ALIVE and growing!!! Woohoo!!

slow, but finishes
It's starts off slow, I didn't really even need a blow off hoes. But it stayed active with some agitation. With a OG of 1050ish ended up getting it to 1008. Nice rounded flavor some typical wit tart with it highlights the spices nicely. I would buy it again.
