Great flavor, low alcohol
This yeast is very tasty, but does not produce much for alcohol (which is good and bad). I use this yeast for my wheat beer, and the past two times it has been around 4% (3.5 this last time). I fermented it longer than I wanted due to scheduling issues, but it still came out low. The yeast started just fine, and swelled in the bag as expected...may need to double up the yeast, which is what I'll be trying next time.

FAST attenuation
First time using this strain and I have to say it's awesome. Took my ginger witbier from 1.052 to 1.006 in 3 days! Awesome flocculation and wonderful flavor profile. Would definitely recommend.

Will produce a lot of krausen, needs headspace and a great yeast for hravesting.

Yeast arrived quickly and was a greasy born on date. Excellent beer for making wits. Less banana then hege yeast, more cloves. Ferment warm 67+, get more cloves. Need lots of headspce in fermentor.

Slow but worth the wait
This one fermented slow for me, but produced a very good wit very similar to Hoegardden. I will use it again.
