1098 British Ale Yeast

Yeast arrived promptly in a cold pack with the ice all melted but the yeast still seemed to be in good shape. Just to be sure, and because we were brewing a high gravity beer, I made starters for the yeast. By the time we were ready for pitching, the starters were well established and ready to go. Yeast seemed to do a good job as we got to the expect final gravitas. Am tasting the first bottle tonight which will be the final test.
