Details
The Bridge Burner pours a deep, fiery amber with a rocky off-white head. The assertive aroma is dominated by dry, earthy American hops: citrus, floral and pine tree notes all make a showing. The hops dominate, lending a hefty bitterness to the palate, but are backed up by the caramel malts, which lend a substantial body without any extra sweetness. A warm alcohol burn finishes it off with a nod to its considerable ABV.

This is great the flavor has mellowed to the best tasting barley wine style beer I have ever had. The only proplem is waiting for it to age , most of mine were tatsted before it had a chance to age. I know the price is up there but do your self a favor brew it and but it away for 6 months then be in heaven when you have one (Posted on 1/21/13)Rating - wow Review by mark

My first attempt at a Partial Mash, and probably the most money I've spent on a kit. I used two packets of liquid yeast and had it on the keg and pouring just 11 days after brewing. Easily one of the best I've made in two years of brewing. Got it kegged in time for a party and everyone that had it told me the same. The flavor is unique and deserves a try.
