• 2-Row Malt: An all-purpose base malt low in total nitrogen, well modified, high in enzymes, and easily converts with a single-step infusion mash. Its clean, light, smooth flavor makes it one of the most popular base malts.
• Premium Pilsner Malt:  A high-quality, economical pilsner malt that is a bit lighter in color and lower in total protein than Rahr standard 2-row. Can make up to 100% of the grist for a very pale beer and is great for lagers.
• Pale Ale Malt:  An economical domestic base malt for English and American ale styles. Kilned a bit higher than Rahr standard 2-row (3-4°L) for deeper color and flavor.
• High Diastatic Power Distiller's Malt:  Processed to maximize the enzymatic activity to provide the needed functionality for the distiller, this malt is extremely high in diastatic power and alpha-amylase along with high levels of FAN for yeast nutrition.
