Can you use this as a steeping grain?
William B on Jul 18, 2015
Best Answer: I would not recommend it. This is best used when converted in an all-grain mash rest. It will have too much starch to use for steeping. Steeping grains are typically crystal/caramel malts, where the starch has been converted to sugar already, or highly roasted malts that provide color and flavor to the beer.
