    My go-to rye malt.

For several years I’ve kept Briess rye malt as a staple supply, often using it in a Honey-Rye IPA that always gets emptied from my kegerator. An efficient adjunct that mills well and supplies all of the rye-spice accents that are desired in a number of brews—porter, Belgian farmhouse, etc. Often “less is more” should be the guide.
