Works as advertised, best with pump.
Works well with 'carboy washer' pump attached to lines to recirculate liquid through lines, you can watch the beer stone vanish.

Correct info about good product
I have used BLC and it works as-advertised. I would like to clear up a couple of misconceptions from the previous reviews:(1) BLC is NOT an acidic cleaner. BLC is an alkaline cleaner. According to the National Chemicals product page, "The primary active ingredient in BLC is potassium hydroxide..." (2) BLC and PBW are both alkaline cleaners, but they are NOT the same. BLC is based on potassium hydroxide, while the primary active ingredient in PBW is sodium metasilicate. They may well both be effective products (I've never used PBW), but they're not the same thing.

Cleans My Lines
I use this with one of the hand pump systems. I pump a solution mixture through the lines between key swaps. If I am not immediately putting a new keg on one of the taps, I'll remove the beverage line, pump some of this through, then leave some of it in for storage until I am ready to use the line again. I have been using this product for 2 1/2 years now and have been very satisfied with it.

Works great but...
This product worked great at cleaning my faucets and lines. Only save your money, hhis is PBW in liquid form. You can make your own and save money.

Good stuff
This stuff gets the job done. I see no reason to buy anything but the largest size bottle since it is something you use regularly.

Gets my lines clean when changing kegs

Works as claimed
Like most reviewers, I'm a fan of PBW. This stuff is good for doing a quick cleaning of the lines and faucets when switching out kegs without having to disassemble everything. That's why I like it. But if I have time, I'm breaking everything down and soaking it in PBW.

Does what it says it does.
Says it cleans draft system lines, including tubing, faucets, and valves and it actually cleans draft system lines, including tubing, faucets, and valves. You could just use PBW for most applications, but this stuff really does the job much more thoroughly.

Can I premix (1oz / gal) and store the solution? I'm looking to have two pressure vessels, one with cleaning solution and one with water, prestaged to use as needed. I wanted to make sure that it didn't need to be used with a certain amount of time before losing it's "effectiveness".

BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can premix BLC and keep it in a keg. However it is much more effective at cleaning when it is warm so I typically mix it up fresh at the time of cleaning.
