The 3/4" dome height maximizes the capacity of your latuer tun while minimizing foundation space — less foundation space means greater efficiency. A brass elbow fitting with a 3/8" barb in the center allows outflow of liquid from beneath the dome; use hi-temp tubing (#7103) to connect to the spigot or drain.
