It does, and it is Review by CBW for Raymond

It does clean nicely. It is hard to get in the neck. I'm the Chief Bottle Washer for hubby, hands a bit arthritic. Sometimes I have to have him either push or pull. I think if the loop at the end of the bristles was squeezed just a bit more closed, it may be a little easier. I've tried with pliers but can't bend it. A baby bottle brush does nicely for the neck, goes in well (if you remove the spongy part) but isn't long enough to reach the bottom. Have had this brush for 3 years, no rusting yet. These work! Review by Blanddragon

As Magnum says it's a metal shaft so they do rust a little. This not a problem. Yes the fit tight through the neck, but as he also said the bristles and rod WILL fit. Gently push it through the neck and you are in. I have bought several of these over the years. The reason? I misplace them. Sturdy and the best way to clean your bottles. If you rinse the bottles immediately,, after use you get no beer scum. Buy these and you will be happy you did! (Posted on 8/24/11)
Don't listen to the others Review by Magnum

I have two of these brushes. Do not listen to to other users, here is why:

So you brush got rusty? Big deal. It is metal, it got wet, it will rust. The rust will NOT in any way affect your beer. The only thing you should care about here is how well it scrubs the inside of a bottle. Seriously, this is the funnies complain I have ever heard in my life. Read: "I took steel and stuck it in water. It is now rusting, booo hoo, I am so mad". This is ridiculous as it may mislead others in to thinking this is a bad product. This product is excellent at what it is intended for. Not anywhere in the description did I see it hind at looking pretty. Rust will not at all in any way affect the way this product is used. Rust or not I have used mine with excellent results 30+ times.

The other reviewer complaining about it being hard to get in the bottle. How do you suppose the bristles are long enough and stiff enough to scrub the inside? (Posted on 7/15/11)
Rusted... Review by Jake

I thought I got a lemon until I read the review by Jon (hence the 1 pint review). Mine rusted after three batches. I also have the carboy brush, the airlock brush and the blow off tube brush that have gotten just as much use with no rust issues. My bottles aren't going to scrub themselves so I'll likely try it again. (Posted on 6/20/11)
not my friend Review by carlita47

The brush I got in my kit was very hard to get into the bottle and even harder to get out. Not the kind of partner you need when you have 54 bottles to clean. I eventually tossed it. (Posted on 6/4/11)

The brush that came with my kit completely rusted after one use. I thought I dried it pretty well, too. I'm going to be a nice guy and assume I got fluke brush. Maybe some factory dude forgot to coat it with some majic anti-rust potion.

2 pints just because the concept and construstion is good. But ya know... now I gotta fork over another few clams to replace mine. Principal my friends! The Principal of it all!! (Posted on 2/16/11)
