Very easy to read Review by Craig

First one arrived broken (it was shipped in the same box as a large glass carboy), but was replaced at no cost to me and was sent a nice pint glass for the trouble with the second one which arrived in one piece.

Its very easy to read, but it is clearly very fragile. Be careful when using it and you'll be happy.

Great to pair with a refractometer for better precision Review by Leah

When measuring FG, my triple-scale hydrometer just wasn't cutting it. The scale was too finely graduated and too easily obscured by bubbles for me to be confident that I was correctly recording my measurement. This hydrometer solved that problem neatly, with markings that are spaced widely enough they aren't obscured even by Star-San foam, and this makes a nice complement to a refractometer to cover all gravity measurements.
