This session-strength Saison of summer perfumes the air with tangy yeast and pungent hop aromas.

We strongly recommend ordering dry yeast in the summer months. We do include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeasts, but it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will survive the trip given transit times and particularly hot temperatures.

Product Details
This session-strength Saison of summer pours tawny-gold and perfumes the air with tangy yeast and pungent hop aromas. The flavor is lightly earthy with spicy, flowery hops and a grain-and-bread malt character; caramel malt dukes it out with Saaz and Styrian Goldings through the middle before a palate-cleansingly dry finish.

What temperature should this ferment at? The instruction sheet doesn't say, and I see nothing on this page.

Best Answer: This beer should be fermented between 65 and 77 degrees. The higher end will produce more esters(fruit), fusels(spice) and phenols(floral), and the lower end will produce a more clean and neutral yeast profile in the final beer.
