Let’s get started! Learn how to brew with our knowledgeable staff in a small group environment. We’ll brew a batch of beer so you can visually see the process from beginning to end. This introductory class will cover malt extract brewing, siphoning, bottling and more. Questions encouraged. Class size limited so please call or register online to reserve your spot. Go All-Grain! Learn how to brew with our knowledgeable staff in a small group environment. We’ll brew a batch of beer so you can visually see the process from beginning to end. Kegging and How to Build a Draft System
This clinic will cover the basics of kegging; get your draft questions answered. Kiss bottling goodbye! Get 10% off used or new keg systems.
Intro to Wine and Mead Making
This is America’s Dairyland. This class will go over everything you need to make your first batch of delicious cheese. Learn how easy, fun, and rewarding making cheese can be.
Milwaukee BJCP Classes
Fermentation – Saturday 2/13, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Fermentation techniques, Importance of temperature control, Lagers vs. Ales. Common technical flaws and its side effects.
Conditioning/Packaging – Saturday 2/27, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Proper handling post fermentation. Bottle or kegging- advantages and disadvantage of each. Proper storage techniques. Off flavors associated with conditioning/packaging.
Flaws/Troubleshooting Part 1 – Saturday 3/12/2016 (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Learn how to detect various flaws and their causes as well as ways to control the flaws. This session consists of sampling and discussing flawed or doctored beers. RECOMMENDED to take Part 1 & 2.

Flaws/Troubleshooting Part 2 – Saturday 3/26/2016 (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Part 2 – Continuing with our sampling of doctored beers to develop skills in detecting flaws and their various causes as well as ways to control the flaws. RECOMMENDED to take Part 1 & 2.
