Puts a nice polish on wine

Good Product
I've used the #1 size filter and the #2 size. I find the #2 size filter works best at clarifying the wines (red & white), without stripping out any flavor. I would be concerned the #3 size filter might weaken a wine's flavor.

Good Product
The Mini Jet with #2 Polish pads have made a remarkable improvement in the unaged flavor of my wine. Although I expect aging 1-2 years will bring out more flavor, the young wine I am bottling now is still better than wine I left in a carboy 6 months before bottling. I can now bottle at the 2-3 month mark in the process.

Great for wine or beer
These work great for wine or beer. It will make wine sparkle and remove chill haze from beer. Just be sure to run a couple of gallons of water through prior to filtering the product otherwise they will impart a strong unwanted flavor. I run fresh water through until it tastes clean. Usually about 2-3 gallons.

Mini Jet filter pad #2
The purchase of the Mini jet worked well. The self priming pump made it quite simple to start and stop. Using the #2 pad was easy to install and the key is not to over tighten but enough to create a good seal. The number 2 pad worked well by polishing my Marquette grape wine. It pump through the pad nicely.

System, how can I add a little carbonation to my wine after filtering and bottling, thank you Dennis

BEST ANSWER: If you want to add carbonation after filtering, you would need to carbonate the wine in a keg, then bottle from the keg.
