Taste NotesThis was brewed in an attempt to make a beer my wife could drink (she likes sweet stuff). Well, it certainly was an easy drinker with great flavor, amazing grainy aroma, and just looked like a nice American Wheat… but she didn't like it. Oh well… In order to get the cleanest flavor, I used WLP029 German Ale/Kolsch yeast in the beer, which left it somewhat hazy and with a nutty malt profile. This is certainly a beer I'll be brewing again!
