What Water to Use for Homebrewing

If your water is good enough to drink, it will work great for brewing with Extract Recipe kits. Feel free to purchase Spring Water if the H2O coming out of the taps doesn't taste great.

We suggest using 2.5-3 gallons of cool water until the end of the boil. This will keep things manageable for most indoor heat sources.
