This yeast will leave a beer very clear, and will leave some residual sweetness. NOTE: Due to the high degree of flocculation, this yeast has a very clumpy appearance in the package. Apparent attenuation: 63-70%. Flocculation: very high. Optimum temp: 65°-68° F
