Crystallized Strawberry powder allows you to enjoy the taste of fresh juicy strawberries in whatever you brew or ferment without the hassle of purees or teeny-tiny strawberry seeds. Made from real strawberries, this strawberry replacement can be used to enhance the flavor of Beer, Hard Seltzer, Wine, Cider, Kombucha, or to kick up the flavor of your favorite strawberry daiquiri.

Usage:

Recommended to be added at bottling or kegging to taste, 18 grams should be more than enough for most 5 gallon batches.

Add the crystallized fruit packet to 1 cup of water until dissolved. Heat to boiling briefly then add to bottling bucket or keg. Add a little at a time and taste until you are happy with the flavor level.

Noticeable but not identifiable

One packet is very much like the title of the review implies, for 5 gallons one packet is noticeable but not easily to identify. The flavor doesn't stand out as strawberry. Two packets are definitely necessary to get any desired taste. But if you want something so submissive you almost don't know it's there one packet will do. I would recommend buying a couple more packets then you think you'll need and packaging it in with something more expensive to get the free shipping ( shipping doubled my cost).

Strawberry flavor crystals

Just mixed it into a 5 gal batch of hard seltzer, the taste is not overbearing by any means, but you can tell its strawberry. Overall very pleased.
