Outstanding Service

The Winemakers Trio White is currently stabilizing so while we won't be able to indulge for quite awhile yet I anticipate a great tasting wine. When the kit arrived I discovered that the ingredients package had been damaged (from the factory I suspect) and had leaked into the larger box. I contacted Northern Brewer who made the situation right immediately by sending replacement ingredients that arrived to the house in a few days. They even sent extra supplies that will come in handy if we deviate from wine kits in the future. Thank you Northern Brewer!

Tried Trio White after a great success with Trio Red. Very smooth and refreshing Just ordered a second kit of Trio White

Not sure yet.

NB is after me to review the purchase. Well, it's a wine kit and is not done yet. I plan to bottle in a week or so.
I have had good luck with RJS En Primeur kits. This one seems as if it'll work out fine, too. It's clearing nicely now.
A comment on the kit which might help future wine makers: The kit includes an unlabeled bag of liquid: maybe a cup of light-honey-colored syrup.
This is the finishing blend. It's what sweetens the wine after you stop fermentation with the Potassium Sorbate.
It would be nice if the bag was labeled.
