WLP005 British Ale
I was very pleased with this yeast. It took some effort to get it mixed, as it was very compacted in the tube. But when pitched, it started a strong fermentation very quickly. I'd use it again for sure.

Never causes trouble
I have used White Labs yeast for most of my batches, and I've always been happy with the results. It has always started strong, even when I've fudged a bit on pitching temperature. Bonus: The container (when well washed) makes a fantastic salad dressing vessel when bringing salad for lunch to school or work!

Great Yeast
It started quick and the beer is fine. It was a chocolate porter.

excellent
Before I purchased, I chatted with a NB customer service individual. I wanted to make sure that the green caps were a light green color, as I already had dark green caps from another supplier. I was informed they were light green in color. They are not, they are dark green. That was strike 1.Strike 2 is the fact that they didn't play nice with my Agata capper. About half the caps didn't seat properly. I have never had a problem with any other caps. I threw the remaining ones away.
