Excuse me while I kiss the sky. Jump off of this top hop tower of power and free fall through an aromatic atmosphere. Balanced malt and bracing bitterness belie the heady hop flavors of this American style IPA beer kit. This over the top IPA recipe has its head in the clouds, existing somewhere in that foggy area between IPA and IIPA.

Product Details
Here’s the breakdown; Warrior for clean bittering, Centennial for that classic floral/citrus flavor, and finished with a 1-2 punch of Citra and Simcoe for an intense hop finish that covers a wide range of flavors and aromas - from dank and piney to bright and fruity. The malt structure provides support, bringing complexity and depth of flavor without distracting from the hops. Highrise IPA recipe kit - it’s a flavor skyscraper.

Recommended: 2-stage fermentation and yeast starter.

I love this kit
Did quite brew this to spec, but still love it. Hit my mash temp too high and got some dextrins; F.G. over 1.020 using Mangrove Jack M44 yeast. But the dry hops are great, the bitterness is balanced, and the mouthfeel is nice and thick, even though my ABV is below 6%.

Great IPA!
I love Simcoe, and this beer has lots of Simcoe. I have brewed this one 4 times and it is great.

Not as Advertised
I agree with previous comments, great beer...in fact, my third time brewing it. Unfortunately, the description still says Simcoe, but that's not what they send you now. I inquired about the switch to the blend and was told it was due to the popularity of simcoe, yet simcoe was still in stock. Maybe the cost of simcoe? Anyway, not the same beer that i brewed the first two times and i am disappointed that i spent so much money on it. Please update the description that still says one two punch of citra and simcoe.
