Oregon Fruit Red Raspberry Puree immediately captures the senses with its brilliant crimson color. Fresh berry aroma is followed by a rich mouthfeel and delicate sweetness that is nicely balanced with a touch of tartness. This puree has plenty of intense notes from beginning to end and will be a perfect enhancement to any beverage. The real fruit color, aroma, and flavor adds complexity to beer, cider, mead, wine, kombucha, seltzer, smoothies, and spirits. The product contains no preservatives and no additives.

100% Fruit Puree can be added directly to the primary or secondary fermentor - do not boil.

How do I calculate how much fruit puree to add if I have been using whole fruit?

The seeds make up 12% of the whole berry by weight and pits make up 20% of the fruit weight. In general, we recommend using 10-15% less puree if your recipe calls for whole fruit.

Great for adding flavor

I made a lemonade mead and decided it needed something to cut truth the tart-ness. I added 3 cans of this raspberry puree in secondary and it did just what I wanted. It did reduce my overall yield by about 20%, but I pretty much expected that.

Worked great produced a deep raspberry flavor and smell to a 3 gallon batch. Just be sure to give it a good shake.

I used the Raspberry Puree in the Raspberry Wheat. First time brewing this one and it didn't disappoint. Great beer for a warm summer day. I ask my daughters to provide feedback and they gave it a big thumbs up.

I used this in my mead, secondary addition. It smelled good, was quite thick (?) and is still sitting. No fermentation started up as I expected, so am waiting for everything to settle before deciding if I will use again.

Great for adding flavor
