We take pride in our brewing support and our team is ready to help you with any aspect of your brewing experience. From brew day through fermentation, during bottle or kegging and finally – sharing and enjoying. We’re here to guide you and help make sure your homebrewing experience is a success. We stand behind our promise to help you succeed.
We guarantee our products to be high quality, properly shipped, and to perform as advertised.
If your product is damaged in shipping please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all contents and packaging in case a return is necessary.
If your product fails to perform as advertised, please notify us within 60 days of receipt to receive a replacement product equal to the purchase price of the defective product. Store credits can be applied to a future purchase made within one year of your original purchase. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to offer a refund.
